Annual Manufacturing Panel Discussion a Success

Doug Meehan and Panelists

We had over 100 guests attend the Manufacturing Lunch & Panel Discussion held at Lombardo’s in Randolph. Doug Meehan was a superb facilitator and our panelists offered their experiences of managing and pivoting during the pandemic and how they continue to adapt to an ever-changing marketplace and Covid situation. They shared some truly helpful and insightful tips and ideas for how to get creative to find solutions.

Our panelists represented businesses from one that started in 2020 to a 400 year old business, and it was incredible to realize that certain situations bring all businesses to a point of needing to be creative and innovative to keep things moving forward, keep employees and customers safe, and keep the doors from closing.

We were also joined by a group of students and their teachers from the Blue Hills Regional Technical School. We love sharing opportunities and information with the next generation!

We are so grateful to everyone who participated! We want to thank Melville Candy for donating a fabulous basket of goodies for a business card raffle and we’re especially grateful to South Shore Bank, our Premier Sponsor, for helping make this event a success!
